Mobile Terms of Use

These Mobile Terms of Use apply to SMS messages sent by DCS Appliance Support (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive texts, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

1. Programs and message types

We may send SMS related to appliance repair and customer care, including:

  • Appointment booking, confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, or reminder notices
  • “Technician en route” or arrival notifications
  • Post-service follow-up or satisfaction prompts tied to a job we performed
  • Operational messages needed to complete service (for example, missing gate code or access clarification)
  • Marketing or promotional SMS only where you have given separate, clear consent as required by law

2. Frequency

Transactional messages are sent as needed for your service. Marketing frequency, if you opt in, stays moderate. Message frequency may vary based on your activity with us.

3. Consent and opt-in

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide. You agree to receive texts when you check a consent box, complete a web form, enroll in a keyword program, or otherwise clearly agree—by phone or in writing—to SMS from DCS Appliance Support at the number you supply.

4. Opt-out

Reply STOP to cancel messages from the applicable program. You may receive a single confirmation that your opt-out was processed. You may also request removal of your number by calling 844-487-0065.

6. Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. We do not charge a separate fee for standard SMS beyond your carrier’s rates.

7. Delivery and availability

SMS depends on carrier networks, coverage, and device settings. We are not responsible for delayed, blocked, or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility and supported carriers

Our programs are intended for users in the United States. Major carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates) generally support SMS; prepaid or international roaming plans may behave differently.

9. Privacy

We process mobile numbers and message metadata as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell phone numbers for unrelated third-party marketing.

10. Changes

We may update these Mobile Terms. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued participation in our SMS programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for those programs.
